Large and spacious, this well presented, open plan split level property is your ideal holiday destination.
On the top level of this property you will find the master suite containing king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, opening onto a private balcony overlooking the lagoon.
The next level contains the main bathroom, and sitting room. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are also located on this level. Bedroom 2 contains 3 x king single beds, bedroom 3 contains 2 king single beds, which can be put together to form a king bed and bedroom 4 contains queen bed. All 3 bedrooms open to the front balcony of the property.
Down a few stairs to the heart of the property, containing kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, dining, lounge area and family room. These rooms open to a large entertainment deck overlooking the lagoon. At entry level you will find another family room, ideal for the children. The laundry complete with washing machine and dryer is also located on this level, as is an additional WC.
Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coast’s most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean bath, Cafe and restaurant or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.
