Ground floor features light and bright entry foyer. 2 bedrooms are located on this level, both containing queen beds, one bedroom opens to secluded balcony. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette and small living area, plus the laundry contains shower and WC.
Upstairs you will find the heart of the home. Large, modern open plan kitchen with all the mod cons, dining and lounge area all have access to the large outdoor entertainment area. The sunning Master Suite comes complete with king bed, dressing room and ensuite. This bedroom has direct access to the entertainment deck. There is a powder room located on this level as well.
